Yes, we call this an Admin Catalog Marketplace. Essentially, the admin could upload all of the standard products for your industry, along with standard images, descriptions, titles, and other attributes. Vendors could then select the ones they have, add stock numbers to Shuup, set the prices, and begin receiving orders.
